CNC Plasma Cutting Extraction

Our latest installation is for a manufacturer of complex steel pressings. They required a new dust extractor for a CNC plasma cutter with a bespoke bed. The filter unit had to be positioned within the building so it was outfitted with Nanoweb filter cartridges & high-flow H13 HEPA filters. The collector was ducted up the machine using Nordfab quick clip ducting & includes an inline spark arrestor. This whole installation & commissioning was completed within one day which allowed the customer to get up and running as quickly as possible.
