Fabric bag filters should be used when handling difficult applications which cartridge filters may not be suitable for. Fabric bag filters are extremely good at handling fibrous, moisture, high dust loads & high agglomeration dusts.
Fabric bag filter can be equipped with various types of filter media which can allow them to operate at temperatures up to 220°C. Making them suitable for the following industries.

With a range of hopper configurations, we offer a range of dust handling solutions to ensure that captured dust stays contained. We are able to supply standard slide gate valves, rotary valves & screw conveyors. Coupled with many bin & bag containment devices we are able to supply a materials handling solution to suit your needs.
Supply only or Turnkey Projects
West Midlands Filtration Ltd is on hand for large turnkey projects as well as supply only dust collectors. Our turnkey solutions will include full system design with 3d models & cad drawings, Installation at the site, Ducting connections & supply of hoods & even electrical control panel installation.

Fabricated & Assembled
All of our filter units are designed & manufactured in the UK. They are fabricated & assembled in our Tamworth workshop.
Our collectors are designed using Autodesk Inventor & we are able to provide detailed system drawings as well as undertake 3D scans to produce cloud point models.
