A world-leading animal feed manufacturer recently approached us to design and build a new lorry intake booth with fully integrated dust extraction. The client’s existing booth, in service for several years, had suffered from corrosion and limited serviceability, leading to frequent downtime and the risk of product contamination.

Our in-house team designed and fabricated a state-of-the-art lorry intake booth, which was installed on a tight deadline just ahead of a royal visit. The booth is equipped with two Donaldson CPV6 dust collectors, offering compact, high-efficiency dust extraction and easy maintenance.
